On the 7th July 2020 we'd raised £10 with 1 supporters in 42 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Freedom Bakes UK was launched in June 2019, the journey I have been on has already taken many twists & turns. Now COVID19 has thrown me another curveball! Currently based in my home kitchen I create everything from home made fudge to dream wedding cakes. I not only make cakes & treats using the standard ingredients but specialise In allergen free & vegan baking too. I wanted to do this so I can cater for everyone, with 2 small children who are both allergic to dairy, one who has a sever nut allergy & family members who are coeliac (including myself!) I know how hard it can be to find that perfect cake. Nobody should have to “settle” for supermarket mass produced expensive allergen free.
Plus, you cannot get a gluten free, dairy free & egg free celebration cake in a supermarket!
My dream is to move the business out of my home & into a cake shop where people can come, have a coffee & a hand made treat. But first I have to survive this pandemic & with your help I am hoping to be able to keep Freedom Bakes UK not only running but growing.
