No disabled child should be without equipment they need, early intervention is the key. As therapy is limited by the NHS it is left to charities to provide essential help, if they have equipment to use at home they can carry on with therapy at home.
I started after making a piece of equipment for my own granddaughter who has cerebral palsy, cost to buy £170 I made it for £30, after being asked by someone else for the same piece of equipment, I then started a not for profit in 2021 and the rest is history. I now make free equipment and provide it UK wide.
As a disabled veteran with anxiety, depression and PTSD I also get therapy by doing this, it distracts me from the bad thoughts, seeing the children using the equipment is very inspiring
