We're still collecting donations
On the 21st April 2023 we'd raised £5 with 1 supporters in 56 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

Aoi Bara means “Blue Rose” in Japanese, where many of my techniques originate. The blue rose is not found in nature, and so has become a symbol of rarity, beauty, and honed perfection. To me personally it is a symbol of enlightenment.
In modern times many of us are so busy trying to get through life we forget to have time for ourselves. We find it difficult to motivate ourselves, to dedicate time to our own personal development, or have no idea where to start. Maybe we feel disconnected from our local community. This impacts both physical and mental well-being.
We offer classes to the community on a funded or donation basis, allowing all to attend regardless of financial status. We will focus on aligning the body, meditation techniques for beginners, introducing snippets of Qi Gong, mindfulness, and retraining our brain.
The goal is not only to provide a regular meeting space for the community to dedicate time to their own wellbeing, but also to offer tips and tricks they can take into their everyday lives to manage stress and improve wellbeing
