Frank-a good family man.
frank and his family have been supporting our group and ptsd camp in bath since the day we opened the ptsd camp nearly 2 years ago being one of the first people to donate £100 cash to the ptsd camp frank has had his ups and downs in life as we all do but on the 31st December 2021 (yes new years eve) when many of us was with friends and family celebrating an old year out and the start of a new one in franks life was about to change.
hours into new years eve Frank was feeling a little low and decided he was going to call it a night have some food and go to bed BINGO i guess when your not feeling the vibe.
frank started sorting his food out and went to chill out before it was done along with his very much loved and best friend his cat Frankie and this is where it all changed. Frank then feel asleep later being woken with a full room off smoke to his panic his neighbour who smashed the window and rescued him lucky he was a firefighter and done a great job in doing so. life changed and everything burnt in front off him why emergency service done there best to save what they could Frank was told sorry but a long with smoke damage and fire damage your bungalow is no longer safe to live in along with everything burnt or damaged
photos'cloths, all his house hold items was gone.
good new Frankie the cat did survive by escaping the fire a very well trained cat i must say.
my aim now is to give something back to him please if you could spare the odd change to help us hit the goal i am hoping within 2 weeks so we can take him out and get him change off cloths he has nothing left so please help if u can i know i wouldn't want the same sock for days.
so out off all he has lost all i ask is for some help to rebuild his wardrobe Frank suffers with mental health and has had to move in with family until we know what is next with his accommodation the chances are he will lose that too.
so can we make his 2022 start now and do a great act of kindness
thankyou everyone who supports the cause it means everything to me and even more to frank and his family.
Matt
