Our Short film tells the story of Frank.

After the death of his wife, Frank’s life has taken a dramatic turn. He has become a shadow of his former – lonely, stubborn, and isolated from the world. He moves to the big city, London, trying to rebuild his life, but he just can’t. He has a daily routine, and one thing he does quite often is go to the park with his headphones seeking calmness and nostalgia. However, one day, when he is sitting on the bench at the park, an older lady, Lily, sits on the on the other side of the bench. She notices Frank, and because she is very joyful and outgoing, she starts a conversation with him. Frank, on the opposite, doesn’t really try to converse with her and responds in a cold way. Although he responds this way, there was something about Frank that caught her attention. During the next days, Lily tries to sit down with Frank and tries to understand him since she is far more experienced in life, with the passage of time, Frank opens up little by little about his past. With these conversations, we can see how Frank understands more about life and gets rid of his rage that he’s beenkeeping towards the world. One day, Lily asks him to come to join a party with her friends that could change his vision of life forever.

Together, our teams aims to create a piece of work that resonates deeply with individuals, fostering a positive impact on their mental health.

Our goal is to raise £600 to bring our production to life. The funds will cover essential expenses, including compensating the actors, renting locations, providing meals for the cast, transportation costs when applicable, props, and potential film festival submissions. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference, and we deeply appreciate your support. Thank you in advance!
