Promoter & Benefactor

• The promoter(s) of this prize draw is Ipswich Town Foundation, Portman Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DA, Charity Number: 1157518.
• The benefactor(s) of this prize draw is as listed above.

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Ipswich Town Foundation and Ipswich Town Football Club are eligible to enter with the exception of the prize draw manager, the Head of Business & Operations who is not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry postal address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.

Dates

• The prize draw opens on 8 April 2025 at 6pm (18:00) and closes on 23 April 2025 at 6pm (18:00). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prize is 1 of 15 signed, match worn shirts from ITFC V Wolves and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There are 15 individual prizes available.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using an online random number generator. Shirts will be awarded in ascending number order (Leif Davis first, Sam Morsy second, and so on)
• The draw will take place on 23 April 2025, and the winner(s) will be notified within 5 working days of the draw taking place. 
• Winners must claim their prize by responding to the email within 5 working days (1 calendar week) of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details including email address, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.
• Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.
• All postal entries will be assigned the next available number prior to the random number generator draw taking place.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
• Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
