Terms & Conditions

General Terms

1 - This charity prize draw is organised by Walsall FC Foundation, Bescot Stadium, Bescot Crescent, Walsall, WS1 4SA with 100% of the profits being utilised to support the development of new community activities and initiatives delivered by the charity. 

How to Enter

2 - Walsall FC Foundation is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, charity number: 1087147.

3 - Entries received after the competition closing date will not be accepted.

 4 - The prize draw has a free to enter option, please see details for further information.

5 - Walsall FC Foundation accept NO responsibility for entries that are mislaid, damaged, delayed or lost in transit for any reason, including any postal system failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction or computer, software or network errors.

6 - Walsall FC Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

7 - Our prize draw is open to everyone, including employees of the football club, their families and any agents or third party associates with the exception of the Prize Draw Manager, the Business Development Manager.

8 - All entries must be completed by an appropriate adult, over the age of 18.  

9 - There is no maximum limit on the number of entries per person.

10 - By entering, you are confirming you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize if you are successful in winning.

11 - Walsall FC Foundation reserve the right to disqualify anyone who's conduct is in breach of the spirit of the competition.

The Draw

12 - the winner will be chosen at random by a computer generated draw within 2 weeks of the prize draw ending. 

13 - The winner will be notified by email using details provided at entry within 5 working days of being chosen. 

14 - The winner will have 5 working days to claim their prize by response via email. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited and Walsall FC Foundation will have the right to redraw a new winner following the process outlined above.

15 - The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative on offer. Walsall FC Foundation reserve the right to exchange the prize for something of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

16 - Any decisions made by Walsall FC Foundation on any matters relating to the prize draw or competition are final.

17 - The winners names and County (if UK) or Country (if overseas) can be obtained by written request and sending a stamped addressed envelope to Walsall FC Foundation, Bescot Stadium, Bescot Crescent, Walsall, WS1 4SA within 60 days of the prize draw closing. 

18 – Walsall FC Foundation reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw if and where it becomes necessary to do so.

Limitations of liability

19 – As such is permitted by law, Ipswich Town Foundation will not, in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept and liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by negligence of Ipswich Town Foundation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data Protection and Publicity

20 – Walsall FC Foundation is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

21 – By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Walsall FC Foundation or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

Governing Law

22 – All Prize Draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

23 – Walsall FC Foundation reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
