Supporting children with life-shortening conditions and their families throughout West Yorkshire.

The Forget Me Not Children's Hospice

Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice is a registered charity (no. 1110457) that supports children with life-shortening conditions and their families across West Yorkshire. We're here for any family confronted with the news their child has a life-shortening condition – from as early as pregnancy onwards. Our vision is to deliver pioneering care through pregnancy, childhood and loss, whenever families need us and whatever their future holds. We deliver care from our specially- built hospice building, Russell House, in Huddersfield – as well as out in the community and in families own homes.

We need £4million each year to run our services – only 6% of which comes from the government. Because of this, we rely heavily on support from the public to keep our doors open. There are so many different ways to support Forget Me Not – from making a donation to completing a sponsored challenge to volunteering in one of our 13 charity shops. No matter what you do, every bit of support helps us continue being here for local children with life-shortening conditions and their families.
