Aim: Help bring the UK’s only female stand-up rap comedian to the Edinburgh Fringe! Support Amelia Hamilton’s debut show, Forget Me Not!

Meet Amelia Hamilton

Hi! I’m Amelia Hamilton, and I’m thrilled to invite you on this wild ride to the Edinburgh Fringe with me. I’m the UK’s only female stand-up rap comedian (as far as I know!), blending razor-sharp wit, rapid-fire rhymes, and a whole lot of heart. My comedy is all about breaking the mold, making you laugh, and maybe even making you think, sometimes all in the same verse!

Who’s On My Team?

I’m not doing this alone! Behind the scenes, I’ve got a small but mighty team of creative legends:

Director: Alex Farrow, a seasoned pro who’s helped shape award-winning comedy shows.

Production: My show is being produced by Impatient Productions. One of the best live comedy production companies in the industry.

PR: I have renowned PR expert Julian Hall getting the word out and getting reviewers and audiences in.

Tech: A fantastic tech in the form of Charlie Beveridge designing a brilliant set up to compliment the show I’ve worked on.

Music Producer: Tom Hutchinson has produced my album and live tracks for the show.

The Big Idea: Forget Me Not

Forget Me Not is my debut hour. A show that fuses stand-up, rap, and storytelling in a way you’ve never seen before. It’s about memory, identity, and the hilarious chaos of trying to make your mark. Expect punchlines, punchy lyrics, and a few surprises along the way.

Why Edinburgh Fringe?

The Pleasance Courtyard is the most prestigious venue for a debut: Think Michael McIntyre, Alan Carr, Mark Watson, and so many more who started in this very room.

It’s a dream come true, but it’s also a huge leap. The Fringe is where careers are launched, and I want to show that a woman can rap, joke, and headline with the best of them.

My Vision

I want to inspire others, especially women and anyone who’s ever felt like an outsider, to take up space, grab the mic, and tell their story. Comedy should be for everyone, and I’m here to prove it, one rhyme at a time.
