Forest Gate Sauna @ E7 Movement

Aim: Help us to bring a sauna to Forest Gate by pre booking 2 x one hour sessions.

Sauna after exercise is a fantastic way to accelerate recovery and enhance your post-workout routine. This not only speeds up muscle repair but also helps flush out toxins and lactic acid, reducing inflammation and fatigue. Plus, the calming effects of the sauna promote mental relaxation, helping you unwind and recover both physically and mentally. It’s the perfect way to give your body a boost after a tough workout, or to feel fully reconnected to your body after one of our yoga sessions.

Since opening in 2023, the Forest Gate community have been amazingly supportive and we've been touched by the love for the gym. We want to make things even better for our members and offer the amazing benefits that come with a sauna, however the upfront costs are too high for us to cover on our own, so we're seeing if the demand is there by pre selling the first 300 sessions at a 50% discount.

If we reach our target, we will create a private garden in the yard with screened planting, changing rooms, a cold shower and a 6 person sauna by spring.
