To appropriately set up the shop ready to introduce loose foods. I need to install a hot water sink, sealed food containers & covid measures

We're still collecting donations

On the 7th March 2021 we'd raised £550 with 36 supporters in 42 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

I'm looking to raise funds to introduce 2 portable hot water sinks to the unit and sealed containers for loose foods. This is a legal requirement before any unpackaged foods can be introduced. There is no plumbing to the shop so these need to be mobile and self-contained.

I also need to fit dispensers, gravity bins will help to eliminate cross-contamination.

I'm regularly asked for the loose foods which can be bought in any amounts in your own containers and there's no-where else in the local community.

I would love to bring this to the forest - and eventually be mobile, however the set up costs are significant and covid has been hard on small business. As a new business I wasn't able to access the 2020 grants.

Several customers suggested to try this platform, so here I am :-)
