5 years ago during my most deeply loving AND toxic relationship, I wrote these songs. They got me through, helped me heal and understand the driving force behind the traumatic events. Now, I want to share them with the world so that maybe, they can do the same for someone else.
This EP is a blend of dreamy jazz-hop, confronting self-discovery, and deep, contemplative questions. It’s music for anyone who has ever watched two people destroy the love they created together. Anyone who has repeatedly crossed their own boundaries. For anyone who forgot: they are enough and whole as they are.
For years, I’ve been asked the same question at gigs: “Where can I hear your music?” And for years, my answer has been, “Nowhere.” That changes now.
I recorded most of this EP at home, slowly bringing together a community of incredible musicians who gave their time and skills for free. But to finish it- to mix, master, and honour their contributions - I need your help.
With £3,000, I can finally release this EP. Every penny will go towards final recording touches, professional mixing and mastering, and—if we raise enough—paying the musicians who made this possible.
The EP:
🎵 Passive Summer – A laid-back, lush exploration of complacency and co-dependency in love.
🎵 Trigger Warning – Seductive lo-fi jazz meets the raw truth of destructive relationship patterns.
🎵 Willing & Able – A question: Can we continue as we are, knowing the scars we carry and how we use them to hurt each other?
🎵 Dependency – Facing co-dependency head-on and the journey back to wholeness.
🎵 Naïve Request – Reflecting on reality vs idealism and dreams, calls us back to the most innocent, free parts of ourselves
*There are two more songs I would LOVE to be on this album. If we raise enough, I will be recording those too!
This is just the beginning. Your support helps me release this EP, but it also helps me step into my future as an artist. I have over 30 songs waiting - this is the first step to finally getting them heard.
If you can contribute, share, or simply spread the word, I am deeply grateful. Thank you for being part of this journey.
