Flights for two Ukrainian refugees

Aim: I'm sponsoring a mum and her daughter to come and live with me. They escaped from Chernihiv two weeks ago and are currently in Warsaw.
We're waiting on Visas for M and her mum to allow them to enter the UK. The process is so frustrating. Everything has been uploaded and ready to go. They have been temporarily taken in to a family house in Warsaw. As soon as the visas come through I would like to put them on a flight to the UK. The free flights being advertised don't seem to exist and the additional charges are immoral. They will be staying with me for a minimum of six months. The sooner we can get them out of Warsaw the sooner other refugees can take their places in the safe house.
M, who is 17, is a talented pianist and we have very kindly just been donated an upright piano for her to use. The University of Chichester is welcoming her in to use the practice rooms too and I'm hoping Bedales School may offer support.
If we exceed the target all proceeds will go towards their initial expenses. Thank you so much for any donations you can give,
