Fleetlands Football Club is a football club based in Gosport, Hampshire, England. They are members of the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division. The club is affiliated to the Hampshire Football Association and is an FA Charter Standard club. Fleetlands Fc have always relied heavily on sponsorship and this season is more important then ever due to maintenance works happening at the club so that were compliant with the standards expected should the club gain promotion. Our floodlights are being erected over the weekend and so many people have worked hard and we have waited many years to be in the position to be able to do this. Fleetlands ex chairman Kenny Evans has been helping us by providing workforce and some materials as much as possible and for that we are grateful. Fleetlands FC has been left in financial no-man's land by Corona Virus. For more than 70 years the club has played a significant role in football across Hampshire, is the home of Fleetlands Youth Academy, and Sands FC charity football club, but TheFA's decision to 'covid' annul all competitions in the National League System has denied the club the opportunity to take advantage of grants already made by the Football Foundation, and Gosport Grants Association. Grants desperately needed to undertake essential regeneration at it's Lederle Lane ground. The club is in the process of reapplying for these grants but urgently needs funds now to bridge the gap between the loss of the earlier grants, and receipt of new grant offers in November. We are therefore seeking £5k to meet our current obligations, including paying the balance of floodlights cost, and hire of toilet/washroom facilities, confident that grants in November will then secure it's future.
