Dear Friends,

In the wake of the devastating floods that have swept through the southern Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, leaving a trail of destruction and despair, it's time for us to come together and extend our support to those in dire need.

According to the last update on the 14th May, at least 148 people died in the floods, 76.884 people in shelters and about 538.545 have been displaced from their homes and are now homeless.

90% of the towns in the RS state remain isolated and hopes of finding the 124 people who are still missing are dwindling. Out of 497 towns in RS, 446 towns has been affected.

How You Can Help (T&C's):

- Donating any amount (as little as £1) you are supporting the victims only (donations under £5 won't be eligible for prize draw)

- Tickets for the prize draw are £5, this means that for each £5 donation you are entitle for 1 entry in the draw (£10 = 2 entries and so on).

- This prize draw is promoted and organised by The Flat Baker Ltd. (23m radium street M46AY- Manchester UK) and the bakery has no interest in making profits out of it. 100% of the funds will be sent to the victims.

- All the prizes listed below were kindly offered by other small businesses supporting our fundraising.

- We will use a third party website do select the winners and they will be announced on The Flat Baker's instagram page (@theflatbaker).

- Donations will be directed to the NGO Grad Brasil and to local volunteers who are working to save the victims. Our main contact is the Vet Technician Natalia Bittencourt who's gathering the funds and is now volunteering in the one of the many animal's shelters in the town of Canoas/RS.
