I had an unexpected, and not entirely pleasant, surprise when I received a place in this year's London Marathon ballot. After a fair bit of soul searching - I decided I had to step up!
I would like to raise money for Surrey Stands With Ukraine - a local aid charity that I have been volunteering in recent months. They provide vital, practical support to Ukrainians who have been deeply impacted by the war. You can read more about them here:
