I come from a background in residential construction and as a young person trying to move out I found that every property was either too expensive or cheap and horrible. I have seen that there is a huge gap in the market that I can help close with the help of your donations for this business start up. I pledge to renovate and remodel 100s if not 1000s of homes in order to rent them out to people like myself who are struggling to find somewhere suitable to live but can't get through the red tape that estate agents and usually landlords have. My aim is to have completed 10 properties by the end of the year with substantial year on year growth so that we can really work together in reducing the number of families struggling.
