.I'm Harley Richardson-Davies, founder of The Little Charcuterie. Alongside a small, passionate team, I’m creating Weymouth’s first fully nut-free food environment — a safe, welcoming space where everyone can enjoy fresh, local, beautifully presented food without fear. Growing up with social anxiety and in a big family, I learned the value of inclusion, support, and connection — and that’s exactly what we want to offer through our project.
Our vision goes beyond great food. We want to build a community hub that also creates opportunity, offering first jobs to local youths and college students, helping them gain valuable experience and confidence in a supportive environment.
The money we raise will fund essential start-up costs, including specialist nut-free equipment, allergy-safe ingredients, and thorough staff training, ensuring we meet the highest safety standards while nurturing a team rooted in community values.
Together, we can build a space that offers safety, opportunity, and a true sense of belonging — right here in Weymouth.
