We own the Strength and Conditioning Studio in the next unit. We have been looking for a facility like this for months. Go in have changing space, vanity mirrors with blow dryers, showers, ice bath, sauna, towels, lounging area and also we are looking to collaborate with a local business that provides skin care (nice smelly stuff, like shower gel and body lotion).
Everything seems to be outdoors or connected with a major gym in the area. The capacity is going to be very reduced 5-6 people at once although it’s a 100sqm space we price privacy and safety more than anything.
We will have to go through all of the Council’s approval and demands and we haven’t found another business that has done it like this, but estimated opening time would be 1st of December. If you know any tips or business that have gone through the process please contact us.
