Fearless Girls Club: One Big Thing

Aim: One Big Thing invites you to take on a sponsored challenge to help us reach more girls with our after-school clubs and subscription boxes.

Fearless Girls Club is an ambitious social enterprise tackling one of the UK’s most pressing youth issues: the plummeting confidence of young girls. Our bold vision is that every girl in the UK grows up fearless – standing strong, speaking up and knowing her worth.

We run weekly after-school clubs in Chobham and Sunninghill for girls aged 8 to 12, where our members have fun and learn who they really are through brilliant adventures in girl power.

We also ship subscription boxes to girls across the UK packed with goodies and activities that help build a fearless mindset. Co-created with our Fearless Forum (our fabulous youth council), each box is designed by girls, for girls – filled with the things they truly love and need to thrive in the modern world.

By taking on a sponsored challenge as part of our One Big Thing crowdfunding campaign, you are helping us raise vital funds:

• £10 could cover all the activity materials we need to run a session across our clubs
• £60 could fund half a term (six weeks) in our club for a girl who couldn’t otherwise afford to attend
• £100 could pay for the print of our much-loved club progress journals for a whole year, given to all new members
• £180 could cover our hall hire for half a term (six weeks), helping us to plan ahead sustainably

From climbing a mountain to doing a sponsored run, whatever your One Big Thing is, together we’re turning personal challenges into powerful change. One big thing at a time.
