Fashion Shop - mainly my own designs but others to

I have worked in retail on and off for over twenty years, I have worked as management, in sales, as a sales assistant and in an office. I decided a couple of years ago to change career, I worked in an office, as a scanning technician, photo enhancer and administration assistant, I absolutely loved that job.
Unfortunatley, due to Covid19, I have been made redundant so am looking for work, I decided that instead of working for someone else, I would try to work for myself.

I would like to set up and run a fashion shop in my local town (and if successful there, to set up in other locations too). I would be selling mainly my own designs, but would also be selling a few local peoples' designs too. I have the realdorypanda shop online and would love to have these products offline in a real shop, where people could try them on. I would also, possibly be selling clothing from an online wholesalers along with shoes, however this would depend on the amount of funding available to me.

I would also like to use the shop as a training centre, to help train/re-train people who are unemployed, or who would like to change career.

I feel that I would be able to make a success of the shop, as I am customer focused and would be doing almost all of the work myself at first.

Once the shop is up and running, and making a profit, I aim to employ local people to work there. I believe in helping out our local communities as much as possible.
