Farewell Queenie *TARGET REACHED!*

Dear friends and subjects of Queenie,

We’re reaching out with heavy heart to ask for your support in helping Queenie have the peaceful and loving farewell she deserves.

Queenie has been our leader, loyal companion, protector, and source of joy for ten years. She has filled our lives with unconditional love, endless cuddles, and a gentle wise spirit that has brought comfort and sweetness to everyone who knows her.

Sadly, Queenie has been diagnosed with an inoperable tumour in her mouth. Her condition is terminal and now causing her constant pain. Heartbreaking as it is, it’s time for us to help her pass on with dignity and peace.

Queenie becomes extremely anxious and distressed when visiting the vet. We don’t want to put her through that stress in her final moments. Instead, we want to honour her life by giving her a gentle, pain-free passage at home — surrounded by the people who love her most, in the familiar comfort of her bed, garden, and family.

We are fundraising to cover the cost of home euthanasia, which is more expensive than a visit to the vet.

Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly towards this service. If we raise more than we need, we will buy a plant for her grave in the garden
