Who are we?
We are a Cricket Club, consisting of a Men's red ball 1st XI who play on Saturdays in the Hampshire Cricket League, a Men's T20 XI that play in the Midweek League, a Women's 1st XI, a Colts XI and are active in supporting Disability Cricket.
Since moving from our historical home of Portchester Castle, the club is looking to establish a long term home playing at Cams Hill School. With a growing membership and a good relationship from Hampshire Cricket Board, we are looking for enthusiastic sponsors to help us re-build our infrastructure and help grow the club to new heights.
Why are we crowdfunding?
Through donating you will support the following objectives:
1. Install a new Club House to help support our matches and players.
2. Help replace outdoor nets and artificial wickets to help support outdoor training for youth and disability cricket.
How we’ll spend the money raised
With your donations, the club plans to invest in modular buildings which can be built together over time, increasing the clubs hospitality portfolio and the ability for us to support the development of the Men’s, Ladies, youth and disability in our community.
How you can play your part
There are four simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality.
1. Make a pledge. Don’t delay if you’re going to support us because momentum is key to our success!
2. Spread the word. Share our project on your social media pages and tell the world to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.
3. Offer rewards. Get involved if you are a local club by donating things we can offer to our supporters. We will give you a shout out!
4. Fundraise for us. If you want to run your own fundraiser – maybe a sponsored activity or similar – use the 'contact project' button at the top of our page to let us know. Setting up your own page only takes a few minutes and you won’t need any bank details. Just a fun idea!
