Aim: I am expanding my home business to include markets and festivals
I am a sole trader looking to expand into the local markets and small festivals. If the business grows sufficiently I will look to take on employees to help manage the workload. I am currently working a full-time job and doing this in my downtime.
My plan is to purchase a vehicle and renovate it so I can use it as a mobile kitchen/sales point whilst at the markets and festivals, also to match my brand and stand out from the other stalls.
