This team we have going to the iconic everest. All consists of those who have HD or they are all connected to the cause in other ways. We will be trekking through Nepals
Finest landscapes and then up to basecamp and coming back through Gokyo lakes.
This trek will take 15 days to accomplish.
For those who don't know me, I'm the Organiser Jamie lake. Hd runs in my family i've lost family members and seen first hand how cruel this illness can be. So when i was diagnosed 16 years ago with the gene. I spent all my free time campaigning and setting up multiple fundraisers. And have done my all to make a difference.
Our main goal is to raise awareness for HD and make a stand together to remember all the families that are currently living around this awful illness.
All money raised from this event will be divided equally between the amazing HDA And another charity close to the heart HD Livin.
Every penny given will make a difference to these well deserved causes. I truly believe with the right funds we can find a cure and more understanding into this illness.
