Terms & Conditions

By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The promoter is Crowdfunder LTD (‘Crowdfunder’), a limited company registered in England and Wales (07831511) with a registered office at 3 Southview House, St Austell Enterprise Park, Carclaze, St Austell, Cornwall, United Kingdom, PL25 4EJ.

The benefactor is Crisis UK, Charity number: 1082947, with a registered office at 50-52 Commercial Street, London, E1 6LT.

Eligibility

Entry is permitted from residents of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Anyone entering the prize draw accepts responsibility for their travel to and from the event (and that of their Guest) in the event they win a prize, including compliance with any visa requirements.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of Crowdfunder and Crisis UK are excluded from participation.

Guests must be aged 14 or over. Any Guest under the age of 16 must be accompanied to the event by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over, typically a parent, carer, or legal guardian) who accepts full responsibility and supervision of the under-16 Guest throughout the event.

Entry Requirements and Entry Period

Paid entry to the prize draw is available via https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/evening-with-chris-martin-jonny-buckland. Each donation of £10 constitutes one entry.

The prize draw opens at 18:00 GMT on Saturday, 7th December 2024 and closes at 12:00 GMT on Monday, 9th December 2024 (the ‘Entry Period’). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

The Prize

Each winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to a special one-off show by Coldplay’s Chris Martin and Jonny Buckland at Hackney Church, London (Hackney Church, Lower Clapton Road, London, E5 0PD), on the evening of Tuesday, 10th December 2024.

Winners are responsible for the care and supervision of any Guest under the age of 16 during the event.

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.

Tickets will be personalised to the winner and their Guest and cannot be sold or transferred.

Winners and Guests must verify their identities and their age with valid photo ID to gain access to the event.

Tickets will be available for collection at the venue on the night of the event.

Winners and Guests must arrive at the event together.

Entry is subject to the full venue Ticket Terms and Conditions of Entry.

The Draw and Prize Winners

The draw will take place on Monday, 9th December 2024 (the ‘Draw Date’).

Once the Entry Period closes, all valid entries will be entered into the draw.

A random number generator will select 150 Prize winners, plus 50 reserve entries to be used if the initial winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their Prize.

Each winner will receive one pair of tickets.

Winners will be notified by email or telephone on Monday, 9th December 2024 shortly after the Prize Draw has closed. 

If a winner does not claim their Prize by 10 am on Tuesday, 10th December, their Prize will be allocated to the next person on the reserve list (in priority order).

Crowdfunder’s decision on Prize winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Free email entries are limited to one entry per person per email address.

General Terms

Crowdfunder shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the winner(s) if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Crowdfunder shall also not be liable to the winner(s) for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this prize draw and/or the Prize, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by Crowdfunder’s negligence or fraud.

By entering this prize draw, winners consent to their personal information (name and contact details) being shared with SJM Concerts and/or The Venue for the purpose of ticket allocation and event management. This data will be processed in accordance with the Crowdfunder Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of SJM Concerts: https://privacy.sjmconcerts.com/ and/or The Venue: https://hackney.church/policies , where applicable.

Crowdfunder reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any stage. In the event of any amendments, a notice will be posted on https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/evening-with-chris-martin-jonny-buckland. Crowdfunder also reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

As a condition of entering the prize draw, entrants must ensure that their participation does not contravene any laws of their country of residence. Crowdfunder will not be liable in any way if an entrant enters the prize draw unlawfully.

Winners may be required to participate in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, but is not limited to, the winner’s name, entry, and any other information provided by the entrant, including photographs and videos. This information may be used by Crowdfunder in any media, including but not limited to Crowdfunder’s social media platforms, in perpetuity throughout the world as Crowdfunder may decide.

Any personal information collected by Crowdfunder in connection with the prize draw will be used in accordance with the Crowdfunder Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/privacy-policy.

Governing Law

This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
