Raise funds to help adopt an epilepsy companion dog for Jason, enabling him to have more independence, keep him calm and alert us if needed.

by Sam & Jason in England, United Kingdom

Jason was diagnosed with absence epilepsy at the age of 11, which then developed into sporadic tonic clonic seizures.
Unfortunately, of the ones we know about, he was home alone for 2 of them, absolutely terrifying.
In the last year we have had to make drastic changes to his lifestyle, including security cameras in his room, and most recently sharing a room with me - not ideal for a young man - and his mental health has gone downhill.

We were referred to a local charity by a colleague who suggested that an assistant Dog would be helpful in every area & his epilepsy team are 100% backing the project.

Our aim is to raise enough to adopt the fur brother, cover his first year of insurance, public liability insurance, specialist training and specialist equipment.
