EPIC Dad

Aim: EPIC Dad CIC aims to support dads through mentoring support, fatherhood courses, and family activities.

EPIC Dad is committed to supporting fathers, father figures and families in West Suffolk and the letters of EPIC stand for Encourager, Provider, Instructor, Carer (4 key roles of a father we want to celebrate and support in families and communities). Our aims are: Supporting Men - Empowering Fathers - Transforming Families and we outwork these aims through various support services. We offer activities such as one-to-one mentoring, wellbeing walks, wellbeing courses, support groups, parenting courses, fatherhood workshops, dads and children's clubs, Lego clubs and parent wellbeing drop-ins. Any money raised will greatly help cover costs towards our ongoing work of providing support services and activities to support dads and strengthen families.
