I am a 52-year-old Brazilian who created menopause community pages on Facebook and Instagram to educate women in Brazil about perimenopause and menopause, including symptoms, treatments, hormones, and more. I am deeply committed to advocating for and supporting these women by providing accurate and accessible information.
Using the minimal funds I had, I paid for advertisements to grow my pages and reach more women. My goal is to continue expanding these platforms, offering support, and eventually becoming a certified menopause coach to strengthen my efforts. Unfortunately, as a peer support worker for a charity, I cannot afford the necessary training on my own.
Through this fundraiser, I hope to raise enough to grow my community, collaborate with doctors, host live sessions and discussions, and complete my menopause coach training. Together, we can empower countless women in Brazil with knowledge and support to transform their lives. Every contribution counts!
