Empowering My PhD Journey: Help Fund My Research

Aim: The aim of this fundraiser is to support my pursuit of a PhD, enabling me to conduct essential research.

I am raising funds to pursue a PhD in Renewables and the UK Energy Market at  University of Strathclyde. My research will focus on renewables, which aims to investigate how existing wholesale market arrangements can be adapted to promote economic efficiency for the broader UK economy while removing or reducing locational signals from generation to enable investment and reflect the need of renewable generators to locate where resources are most plentiful. . This project has the potential to In essence, what market design removes or reduces locational signals, promotes investment in renewable generation, increases system flexibility, retains operability, and manages price volatility while minimising system and thus consumer costs.

The funds will be used for:

Tuition fees and university expenses

Research materials and equipment.
