Our Mission
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. So that's why we're creating a social enterprise using the power of TV, Radio, and Theatre to equip young people and the unemployed with real-world employability skills. We do this through practical training with creative experiences to transform lives, boost confidence, and create opportunities where these are most needed.
Why TV, Radio, and Theatre?
These three industries are dynamic, shared, and replete with appropriate skills that employers desire. From learning how to communicate effectively, working under pressure, managing time, and leading, these industries are the best grounds one could ever envision for personal and professional growth. Through this workshop, participants will:
Produce radio and television material to develop technical, organizational, and communicational skills.
Undertake live theatre projects to foster teamwork, creativity, and public speaking confidence.
Get hands-on experience which fills the gap between education and employment effectively.
How It Works
Our program matches professional mentorship with a safe space for creativity and experimentation. We will make sure, working with industry experts, that participants learn both the technical know-how and the soft skills that employers demand. Behind or in front of the mic, our trainees will go out with a strong portfolio, practical experience, and confidence to pursue their career ambitions.
