After battles with the council, trouble finding the perfect location for our academy... and of course a global pandemic - we have found it! The new full time location for Empower Martial Arts Academy Lincoln!
It's been a long old road, but we are there and have found our home - a place to come and train, have fun, socialise and forget about your troubles! Just like cheers - it's where everybody knows your name!
We can't wait to get set up and hold our first classes in the new academy, allowing us to expand our timetable, our members, and offer more classes, seminars and charity events - but we could do with a little help!
Start ups for a full time academy aren't cheap! There's equipment to buy, legal stuff to sort, WIFI to get so you can all tik-tok to your heart's content, and much much more! The majority of this is sorted through my savings, but we can always use a little help if you'd like to contribute to our academy!
A £15 donation will buy your very own mat that we have at the academy. We'll have a picture on the wall with the layout of the mats and your name on the mat you have purchased to help us.
A £25 donation will get your name on our sponsor board in pride of place at the academy forever! Plus a huge hug...
A £50 donation will get your name on our sponsor board and a 45 minute private class with one of our instructors, and a FREE HUG! Worth it's weight in gold.
Any donations over this amount are a little much but of course, always appreciated!
All the money raised will go towards decking our new place out, from punch bags and premium quality mats, to office and reception areas, as well as a chill out area for parents/kids to relax in while classes are being held.
We want Empower Martial Arts Academy to be so much more than just a martial arts facility, but rather a social hub where people can come in any time for a workout, lesson, chat and a coffee, or even a beer for the adults!
We're super excited to get in there and as always, your support means everything! I've wanted my own full time academy since I was 17 years old, so to finally have it nearly come to fruition is awesome!
