My name is Rachael. I launched Empathia Ltd early this year with the aim to help as many vulnerable adults in the community of Worcestershire as I could.
I worked as a Community Carer for several years before making the brave decision at the age of 30 to embark on university to study to become a nurse. At the age of 33 I qualified as a Nurse at the University of Worcester and instantly specialised in the community as a community nurse.
Delivering care in the community is such a privilege and rewarding job. I am a huge advocate for people to remain at home for as long as they possibly can and are safe to do so.
My aim through Empathia is to provide services that most other companies do not provide . We recognise that each individual requires a different level of care and support no matter how big or small the need. We know that even the little things that most of us take for granted in our every day life can have a significant impact on those who can not carry out these tasks. Which is why Empathia aims to provide support in all areas of a day to day life of a vulnerable adult.
I would love the opportunity to spread awareness of our services through bigger advertising campaigns to reach families and individuals who may not have access to social media or online platforms.
All donations will be published and recognised across all empathia platforms.
