Embodied Wisdom Deck of Cards

Aim: To fund the first 1,000 printed decks of Embodied Wisdom cards—a soulful tool to help people reconnect with clarity, presence, and truth.

We all carry deep knowing—wisdom that predates words, rooted in the body, remembered in stillness, and awakened by presence.

Over the past eight years as a psychotherapist, I’ve sat with people in moments of uncertainty, grief, transition, and quiet longing. I’ve seen how often we reach outside ourselves for answers—when what we really need is a way to listen inward.
This deck was born from that space.

Embodied Wisdom is a 55-card deck of soulful teachings—each paired with original artwork—that invites you back to what you already know.

It is a companion for the inner journey. A tool for reconnecting with presence, truth, and clarity—especially in the midst of change, confusion, or overwhelm. Each card offers a potent reflection drawn from psychotherapy, energy medicine, spiritual traditions, and the lived texture of real life.

Some cards are invitations.
Some are questions.
Some are gentle disruptions of the stories that keep us small.

They are not fortune-telling tools.
They are remembering tools.

I’ve poured my heart into the words, the images, and the energy of this deck. Every part of it—from the teachings to the textures—has been crafted with care.
