Elliott's Safe & Secure Outdoor Play Area

Elliott is 11 years old. He has very complex needs and seven different diagnosis. Along side his Autism, he has global development delays and only functions about a two year old. He has absolutely no awareness of dangers in life and needs 2:1 care 24/7. As a working family this make life very challenging. Following a recent very serious incident resulting in an emergency stay in hospital, we are now trying to create a safe and secure outdoor play area. We currently have a six foot fence, everything under lock and key. This is not enough to keep him in and safe. We have asked for support but been unsuccessful as no funds available. So here I am trying to help raise enough money to create at 10 foot high lockable and secure outdoor area that Elliott can enjoy without the risk he can put himself in, running away, accidents, road and traffic dangers and drowning. I am asking for anyone that can help in any way to create this for Elliott. Anything is greatly appreciated.
