Aim: NGOs around the world are desperately understaffed. We train students to deliver pro-bono impact and help charities thrive. Support us!

More Than a Project, It's a Lifeline

Elevat.Ed bridges the widening gap between academic learning and real-world experience for high school students. Simultaneously, we also tackle a critical challenge faced by NGOs: a sharp decline in formal volunteerism, down over 22% across Europe and the U.S., which severely limits their ability to fulfil their missions.

According to the Forvis Mazars 2025 State of the Nonprofit Sector Report:

  • 65% of nonprofits report staffing shortages
  • 77% are facing a surge in demand for services

Across the globe, small, passionate charities are tackling some of the world's biggest problems.

From Takataka Plastics who recycle plastic waste in Uganda whilst employing vulnerable youth in the community, to Step Together who support individuals with special needs in Lebanon, these organisations have huge ambitions. The reality, however, is that they are often critically understaffed.

With big missions but small teams, vital strategic work like market research, impact analysis, and program development often gets pushed aside in favour of day-to-day survival. They have the vision, but they lack the people-power to bring it to scale.

See what they do here;

This is where Elevat.Ed creates a powerful new solution.

We see another untapped resource: purpose-driven ambitious high school students who are eager to make a real-world impact. But we know that passion alone isn't enough. That's why we've built a rigorous training program to turn these students into effective, pro-bono consultants. Guided by mentors from world-leading firms like Oliver Wyman and EY-Parthenon, our students learn the fundamentals of data analysis, strategic planning, and project management before they ever meet their NGO partners. They don't just show up; they show up prepared to deliver real value.

By supporting our crowdfunder, you are funding this essential training and support structure. You are helping us build the bridge between the charities that need help and the trained, capable students ready to provide it. You are giving NGOs a dedicated team to work on the projects they've only dreamed of launching, and giving students the hands-on experience that will shape their future. It's a powerful, symbiotic relationship where everyone wins.

Elevat.Ed addresses both problems by placing trained students into real consulting projects with NGOs. Through a structured program of hands-on training and mentorship from top industry professionals, students deliver high-quality, pro-bono consulting support, while gaining meaningful experience that prepares them for future careers.

Our Vision

1750678153_48050cb8-3ebd-4cc6-a066-8b81378666a6.jpg

We’re reimagining what high school education can be.
At Elevat.Ed, students don’t just learn, they do.

Through our program, they:

  • Gain real consulting experience, working with NGOs on strategy, outreach, fundraising, and digital transformation.
  • Develop professional and digital skills through our curated 4-week training program, led by mentors from top consulting firms, covering macroeconomic analysis, Excel, financial modeling, client etiquette, negotiation, and more.
  • Drive tangible social impact, contributing to the growth and success of NGOs around the world.

How It Works

Weeks 1–4: Intensive Training
Students are trained by professionals from firms like Oliver Wyman, Blackstone, and Barclays in problem-solving, communication, and digital tools via our Elevat.Ed digital training program.

Weeks 5–14: Real Consulting Projects
Students work in diverse teams, paired with NGOs to tackle pressing global challenges. With guidance from industry mentors, they research, strategize, and deliver impactful solutions. Every student also accesses our custom-built Elevat.Ed portal, a digital hub that supports project tracking, peer collaboration, communication, and formal certification.

Why We’re Crowdfunding

Until now, Elevat.Ed has been funded through grants and personal contributions, but to deliver the pilot program and continue giving pro bono social impact consulting to NGOs, we need your support.

This crowdfunding campaign will fund:

  • The first pilot program (Sept–Dec), offering 20–30 students a transformative, real-world learning journey while helping NGOs grow pro bono.
  • Mentor compensation, ensuring expert guidance for all participants.
  • Employee compensation, continuing to reward our amazing team for their many hours.
  • Platform hosting and development fees that we incur monthly for data storage and website hosting.
  • Legal fees and guidance.
  • Expansion of school and NGO partnerships, growing our reach and deepening our impact.
    • Meeting and traveling to schools in person.

What You’re Supporting

Your contribution helps us:

  • Build a global, digital ecosystem that empowers students, mentors, and NGOs to work together seamlessly.
  • Upskill students internationally, making them more employable, confident, and capable of real-world impact.
  • Support NGOs with human and technological resources, enabling them to pursue their missions more effectively... pro bono.

At the end of the pilot, we will deliver a full Impact Report outlining:

  • Outcomes achieved with each NGO and school involved.
  • Steps taken to build and operationalize the Elevat.Ed ecosystem.
  • Measurable student learning and social impact data.

Your Impact

Every pound you give helps:

  • Launch a student into their first professional consulting role.
  • Provide real-world solutions to resource-strapped NGOs pro bono.
  • Change the way students learn, and the way NGOs thrive.
