Formed in the late 1980’s, Ramsey & District Community Bus Association Ltd and was registered as an Industrial and Provident Society No.26992R in 1990. As such it has charitable status and is run for the benefit of the Local Area Community.
We are an entirely voluntary, not for profit, organisation headed by a group of Trustees, managed by a committee.
Our objectives are to provide transport for other non-profit making organisations, including the elderly and/or disabled, within the rural area of Ramsey and its surrounding villages.
Our two buses carry 15 passengers and are will used throughout the year.
We are looking to introduce and electric bus for our rural routes that are comfortable for all our passengers.
The asperation is to become NetZero thus improving the community in our Service.
