I had an Adenoma pleomorphic thyroid surgery few months ago and my some of my facial nerves were injured. I lost my dad and sister few weeks ago who are sponsoring my education here in the UK. I really need support to pay my school fees before school withdraws my admission status. I also need medical support to pay bills.
