Pledging £15 to our Food Hub will get you a fantastic e-recipe book, packed full of seasonal recipes that are easy to recreate at home using incredible seasonal Scottish produce. In addition, those who pledge £15 will get a thank you by video as well as their name on our wall.

Support us with £25 and you will receive a bag of incredible, freshly roasted, Edinburgh Larder blend coffee. These incredible beans have been sourced by the team at our sister restaurant and roasted in-house. If you're in Edinburgh or London, you'll be able to swing by and collect your coffee... if you're elsewhere, we'll send it to you. As well as the caffeine, we'll send you an e-recipe book and you'll get a big fat thank you on our wall.

Our house gin, distilled by the wonderful Edinburgh Gin. Full of Spring botanicals, wood sorrel, yarrow and gorse flower, this gin is zesty and delicious. Our recommended serve is with apple and a wee sprig of thyme but we've enjoyed samples in all manner of ways and each time it's gone down beautifully. Gin that tastes as good as it does. Collect from a number of our friends across the city.

£50 is an incredibly generous gift which deserves a great reward! As part of our social enterprise, we will be distilling our very own gin. Using foraged seasonal Scottish botanicals together with the help of some of the country's finest distillers, this is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face when poured over ice. Our Head of Food Education, Steve, has spend the past 20 years cooking and teaching all over the world. His passion for ingredients is infectious and Steve loves creating simple dishes that respect the ingredients in focus and sharing stories about growers & producers. Getting into the bigger money, we would like to offer you the opportunity to join us at the Food Hub for a very special Chef's Table experience. We'll welcome you and 5 friends to the Food Hub on an evening of your choice where you will enjoy a 5 course tasting menu cooked for by the team, sharing the stories of the produce as it is cooked in front of you. As Chef/Proprietor of L'Escargot Blanc, L'Escargot Bleu, Fred is a great friend of ours and Chef of the Year at the CIS Excellence Awards. Fred has built up a great reputation as one of the cities finest restaurateurs- now spending his time planting, growing & harvesting the vegetables and herbs for the restaurants. This private tour will involve being welcomed to Newton Walled Garden by Fred & Steve, as well as enjoying an unforgettable lunch.

Join us for this unique day, spent foraging with expert Anna Canning who will guide you through the undergrowth and inspire you with the edible treats to be found.
