This years challenge to myself whilst raising much needed funds for a very worthwhile cause, please if you have any spare pennies can you consider donating .  I first heard about Megan’s Space 2 years ago and it hit hard, I was Megan(1st suicide attempt at 14), mental health assistance is difficult to come by (I was failed badly by it) and I know this charity is working to help as many young people as they can . “it’s good to talk” isn’t just a snappy slogan it’s a must to ensure in people’s darkest moments that they feel there’s someone there and they are not alone.
