After a two year absence 'Edinburgh Festival Carnival is back, Sunday 17th July 2022. As one of Scotland's largest multicultural arts events we engage with a wide and diverse range of people and communities who make this event the 'World in One City'.
Our vision for 2022 carnival is a shared one with all our communities defining the creative development and content for this years City centre parade.
All Crowdfunding donations will go a long way to creating new costumes and dance work for children, young people and families. So sign up for carnival 2022, we look forwards to seeing in costume on the road or as an audience member.

A £20 donation gives a fantastic offer. You get to wear a large-scale carnival costume for the 2022 parade or nominate a friend to be in the carnival.

carnival dance workshops
Once you donate you will be entitled to two 2hr carnival dance workshops delivered by our visiting artists from Trinidad and Tobago. These will take place in June. You will also have access to one of our small carnival costumes for the day of carnival so that you are able to join the parade. Don't watch the carnival 'be part of it'.
