Inclusive Integrations: EasyReader - Making inclusion the standard, not the exception.
The Problem
For too many people, accessing information is harder than it should be. Documents are overly complex. Conversations move too fast. Important opportunities - in work, services, and social life - remain out of reach, not because of ability, but because systems aren’t built for everyone.
At Inclusive Integrations, we believe accessibility shouldn’t be added in later - it should be there from the start.
Our Solution: EasyReader
EasyReader is a digital tool that turns complex text, documents, and speech into Easy Read format - a clear, simplified style supported by visuals. It’s designed especially for people who find standard information hard to follow.
With EasyReader, users will be able to:
- Convert documents, websites, or handwritten notes into accessible versions.
- Use speech-to-text to generate Easy Read from live conversations.
- Receive image-supported versions of text with AI-generated visuals.
- Access multi-language support for broader inclusion.
And it will be free to people who need it - individuals, carers, support workers, and families.
Many tools exist to make life easier for people without disabilities. We’re building something just as powerful for those who need accessibility the most.
Why We Need Your Support
We’ve already built a working prototype of EasyReader - and the feedback has been clear: this could change lives.
Now, we need your help to finish the work.
Your support will help us:
- Develop EasyReader into a fully-featured, user-tested accessibility tool.
- Ensure it works across platforms - documents, websites, and real-time speech.
- Build in image generation, speech tools, and multilingual access.
- Offer it free to the people who need it most.
With your help, we can make understanding information easier, fairer, and more inclusive - for everyone.

Our Bigger Picture
While EasyReader is our first major tool, it’s part of a bigger mission. We are also hoping to set up other projects that will benefit the community, including:
- Inclusive Distribution - Micro-job delivery routes tailored to people’s needs and support structures.
- Inclusion Plans - Personalised guides to help people connect with local opportunities.
Each initiative is built from real-world experience - and designed to meet people where they are.
