Who are we?
Eastry Ravens Football Club is one of the oldest established clubs in Kent. With evidence of existence dating back to the 1900s.

Why are we crowdfunding?
We are crowdfunding to help continue our legacy onto the next generation. Our present clubhouse was built in the early 1970s and little has been done since to update and infrastructure or facilities. The building is in need of an entire rebuild and renovation. Only with the help of the community and existing club members can we realise our goal. Establishing the club for generations to come with an up to date, fully functional clubhouse. Offering changing facilities and future revenue opportunities to secure the presence of our much loved community asset. Achieving our crowdfunding goal will enable us to apply and receive vital FA grass roots funding.

How we’ll spend the money raised
All monies raised will be used to draw up plans, and completely rebuild the site. Having state of the art facilities and equipment for the youth teams, Sunday team and veterans team to use.

Community impact
Our Club is a vital asset to the village of Eastry. Offering physical and mental health benifits to all local residents that want to play football and get involved. We have various youth age teams, offering opportunities to kids that may not have the chance of playing or being chosen to play at other clubs in the area. We are a stepping stone for the introduction of sports and fitness for all age ranges.
Our youngest member can be from 6years old and our current oldest playing member is 64years old.

How you can play your part
There are four simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality.
1. Make a pledge. Don’t delay if you’re going to support us because momentum is key to our success!
2. Spread the word. Share our project on your social media pages and tell the world to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.
3. Offer rewards. Get involved if you are a local business by donating things we can offer to our supporters. We will give you a shout out!
4. Fundraise for us. If you want to run your own fundraiser – maybe a sponsored activity or similar – use the 'contact project' button at the top of our page to let us know. Setting up your own page only takes a few minutes and you won’t need any bank details. Just a fun idea!
