Share the hope and joy of Easter with communities impacted by war in Ukraine
Since the start of the war in Ukraine in February 2022, Sant'Egidio has provided crucial humanitarian relief to Ukrainians across the country.
In the first two years alone, Sant'Egidio has distributed 2,000 tonnes of aid and opened five centers for internally displaced persons in three cities. Over a million Ukrainians have received food and medicine through Sant'Egidio's efforts.
However, recent and substantial cuts in international aid funding threaten the sustainability of this crucial and life-saving work.
To meet these challenges, Sant'Egidio worldwide is sending its annual Easter Collection to relief efforts in Ukraine.
Sant'Egidio remains firmly committed to continuing our efforts and help the Ukrainian population, particularly the most vulnerable: children, older people, those with disabilities, the homeless and internally displaces persons, most of whom are women and children.
Here in London, we want to do all we can to help our dear friends in Ukraine.
One hundred percent of funds we receive will go towards the Easter Collection, facilitated by Sant'Egidio Rome. It will be then sent to humanitarian efforts on the ground in Ukraine.
