Aim: Cancer is difficult enough, Macmillan nurses make a real difference and you can help me help fund them.
November is a life affirming month for me. It always takes me back to the Royal Marsden, watching fireworks from the terrace at the top of the hospital with friends, beer and a hot dog.
Some of those friends are no longer here, thankfully others are.
In the last few years other friends have been diagnosed early and are enjoying life with their family.
During lockdown I grew a different beard each month chosen by my daughter Eliza.
At the start of November she asked me to grow a moustache and knowing it would make her happy as well as raise something for charity, I shaved off the stubble and existing lip fluff and started growing my November tash for Eliza.
It's not big, it's not clever but if it puts a smile on your face then I've spread a little joy.
