The Prize - a new Assist e-bike

Would you like to be the proud owner of this wonderful new e-bike? Sussex Community NHS Charity is excited to have been donated this great bike by Care Without Carbon, and we’d love to give our Trust staff, supporters and members of the community the chance to win it!  Perhaps you’ve always wanted to pedal about Sussex on weekends but thought the hills might defeat you? Or maybe you fancied moving to a two-wheeled commute? Either way, this e-bike, currently retailing at around £550, could be just the ticket.

Travelling an average of 10-15 miles on one charge, this nippy e-bike could be the perfect set of (20”) wheels to get you about town. You’ll be able to tackle hills with ease and even the windiest of days won’t slow you down. It comes with a sturdy detachable wicker panier, and when you’ve stopped to recharge it’s back to full power after 2-3 hours. Here's a bit more information about our prize:

About our charity

For the past 30 years, the Sussex Community NHS Charity has supported the amazing work of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust – the largest provider of community healthcare in the county. Our fundraising supports projects that enhance patient welfare in the communities where we work and helps support the almost 6,000-strong workforce in the work they carry out across the region. Through the generosity of our supporters, we’ve been able to provide hundreds of grants for equipment, programmes or services that can't be funded by the core NHS budget.

From funding pioneering equipment to enhance rehabilitation, to providing window bird-feeders to enhance patient well-being, the charity is here to support the work of the Trust. A donation in support of this prize draw will help ensure that this life-enhancing work can continue to benefit generations to come.
