Terms & Conditions

1. This Prize Draw is promoted by Trailrippers Project CIC (Company Number 15640464).

2. This Prize Draw is open to anyone over the age of 18 and resident in Great Britain except employees of Trailrippers Project CIC, their families, or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

3. Entry to the Draw - Entries via the Crowdfunder website can be purchased with online payment. £3 for 1 entry, £5 for 2 entries, £10 for 5 entries, £25 for 15 entries, £50 for 35 entries and £100 for 80 entries.

4. Free entry is available by subscribing to our newsletter via our website www.trailrippersproject.org.uk OR by sending a postcard with your name, address, email address and contact telephone number to:

Postcards need to arrive no later than 5pm on the 25th July 2024. Entries must be sent on a postcard. Entries received on anything other than a postcard will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received from the same name and address, only one entry will be entered into the promotion. Entries sent by post must be received by the closing date and time for receipt of entries. Postal entries without correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be considered. Personal and hand deliveries will not be accepted.

5. The Prize Draw will be launched on Friday 28th June 2024 and will close at midnight on the 1st of August 2024.

6. There are 5 Prizes, one each per winner. Prizes are as described on the Crowdfunder Prize Draw page.

7. Following the closing date, the winners will be chosen at random on the 1st of August 2024 and contacted before 4th of August 2024. They will be contacted by email on how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of the initial email being sent, the next winner will be chosen at random and emailed within 2 days.

8. The winners will be sent their prize by 30th of August 2024.

9. By entering this Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter only for the purposes of the administration of this draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The Promoter will keep entrants' personal details for a reasonable time so that it can send any prize that an entrant has won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. 10. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.

11. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. By entering into this draw, each entrant consents to these terms and conditions.
