My name is Sophie and I have decided to run a fun, virtual, charity Bake-Off for OUP's DPD team (where my Dad, Jim, works!) to raise money for our local Foodbank.
Simply email a photo of your bake to my Dad and donate money to the Foodbank here!
North Oxfordshire Community Foodbank gives emergency food parcels to individuals and families who are in need, in the Kidlington, Woodstock, Chipping Norton and Charlbury area.
Due to the coronavirus, many of the food donation centres that Foodbank usually receives food from, such as schools, churches and community centres, have had to close, so Foodbank needs additional funds to buy the food itself to help it meet the increased demand for food parcels.
£50 will cover the cost of a large food parcel, to feed a family.
£30 will cover the cost of a small food parcel.
