The Community Cafe is already operating on a small scale at the Heritage Centre in Downham Market. We have limited cooking facilities, so our aim is to raise funds to assist with the purchase of extra equipment and aprons for the staff (all volunteers). The more funding we get, the cheaper the food will be, eventually free to those in need. We want to introduce a regular advice drop in, as well as children's activities and even a 'knit and natter' group.
