Music has been my life force and still is.
After playing guitar and performing live for many many years. A work accident stopped this back in 2011.
Athough I have dipped my toe in recording over the years, as covid struck, I embarked on a remake of Billie Jean made famous by Micheal Jackson, released under the band name Divinity Rise, featuring Dan Byrne(revival black,Myke Gray) Mark Lacey, Simon Clithroe) And produced by Pete Newdeck and Mastered by Harry Hess it gained amazing feedback and radio play.
In October 2023 I started working on a song gifted to me in 2015....with the help of Mark Timpson who played Keys, Lucky S all vocals, Pete Newdeck bass and drums and production, Harry Hess who Mastered it...the song This Is US was born. Released on May 10th 2024 it's gained great streams and radio play...plus amazing reviews.
I have had so many requests for a CD single to be released but funding this was always going to be a problem...hence Crowd funding....So I am asking you all for help...to release a 2 track cd... This is us...and Billie Jean...and also to fund the EP.
This is a big ask and one I don't take likely....but maybe together we can go on a journey together and get the double cd single out.
